According to President/CEO Loyd Turner, Caprock Cafe is “dedicated to good food, quality service, and the local heritage of musical talent.” Loyd and Karen Turner, David and Cheryl Cea, and Jerol and Heather Fanta are the six owners of Caprock Cafe, who form the corporate team along with CIO/President-Elect Adrian Crosby. Caprock Cafe  first opened in 1997. After their success with Orlando’s Italian Restaurant, they’ve made Caprock Cafe one of the must-visit restaurants in Lubbock.
